I couldn't agree more with this post! Raising productivity isn't about keeping a watchful eye on our teams; it's about inspiring and motivating them to do their best work.
Studies have shown that surveillance doesn’t actually improve performance? Of course not. In fact, it often leads to increased stress, distrust, and dissatisfaction among team members.
Instead of tracking every move, let’s focus on what truly matters: respecting and valuing our people. When we create an environment that fosters motivation and trust, when we empower individuals to thrive and contribute their best work.
Let’s shift our mindset! Encourage open communication, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements. Together, we can build a culture where everyone feels valued and inspired to reach their full potential.
